| News Internet based M2M services using broadband
IP-line As the first known player in the industry Plasus Technologies AS has launched a solution for two-way M2M communication over a broadband IP-access line. The solution makes it possible to control building systems over a standard xDSL or other broadband line, without the neccesity of a fixed IP-address. This is a giant step towards offering affordable and value added M2M services to the mass market. We have developed a core technology that, due to the widespread use of xDSL lines, allows us to extend the capability and reach of other products and services.
The main advantages of this system are the use of the existing broadband line and the low cost of usage. The system offers high capacity two-way communication with no communication cost. The fact that the system is based on dynamic IP-adressing enables usage of regular xDSL broadband lines. There is no need for expensive fixed IP-adress lines. Following our strategy for success we are now working closely with existing partners and other leading vendors within relevant industries. Rather than developing new hardware products, we will grow our business by working in partnership with companies who share our values and intend to extend their own products with Mobile and Internet accessed services. By combining our capabilities, Plasus Technologies and selected partners will be able to achieve greater success in our respective markets.
