Wavecom

(NASDAQ:WVCM) Wavecom S.A. supplies GSM modules and development software to its OEM customers such as Plasus Technologies AS. These kits can then be integrated into control systems and shipped with embedded software to monitor and control remote machines in commercial and industrial applications. Wavecom had annual revenues of about 275m in 2003.

Telenor

(NASDAQ: TELN) Norways largest mobile network operator with 2m customers in Norway and revenues of over 2.8bn in 2003. The company has operations in 12 countries with over 15m subscribers. A key to this relationship is identification of new customers and markets. The Plasus M2M technology platform offers a link to the Telenor GSM network. Plasus is also reselling subscriptions on the Telenor network for some of our available services.

Netcom

(NASDAQ: SNRA). The second largest mobile network operator in Norway with more than one million subscribers and revenues of 680m in 2003. NetCom is owned by TeliaSonera, the largest telecom in the Nordic region with annual revenues of more than 8,8bn in 2003. The Plasus M2M technology platform offers a link to the NetCom GSM network. Plasus is also reselling subscriptions on the NetCom network for some of our available services.

Nobø Electro

NOB�is one of Europes main developers and manufacturers of heat products and heating control systems. NOB�has a significant market share of the heating market share through international operations and an extensive network of partners. Nob are owned by Glen Dimplex, a privately owned Irish Group with an annual turnover of 1.3 Billion and 8,500 people worldwide. The Plasus system offers Nob the additional functionality of two-way communications for full telemetry.

Safetel

Safetel ASA develops and markets products and services for wireless transmission of alarms. Safetel are based in Oslo, Norway and has strong alliances with leading companies in the security market. The Plasus system offers Safetel additional functionality of two-way communications for full telemetry. Safetel PowerControl is a certified M2M product on the Plasus Technology platform.

Solectron

(NASDAQ: SLR) Based in �tersund, Sweden, manufacture PL-1 GSM module on behalf of Plasus. All GSM module design is done by the Plasus design and development team and then handed off to Solectron for circuit board and component manufacturing. Solectron Sweden AB is a subsidiary of Solectron Corporation, a global organization employing 71000 people.

Sunmatic Nordic AB was established in March 2004 with head office in Gotenbourg, Sweden, and a subsidiary in Oslo, Norway. Most of the company’s distribution is done through building supplies retailers and installation professionals. The Plasus system offers Sunmatic additional functionality of two-way communications for full telemetry and Sumatic iCare is a certified M2M product on the Plasus Technology platform.

Sikom AS is the market leader of products for power switch controls and alarm systems controlled by GSM and pager networks in Scandinavia. Sikom distributes its products through leading electricians and dedicated retailers. Sikom AS was founded in 1997 and is based in Levanger, Norway. A range of Sikom products are certified M2M products on the Plasus Technology platform.
